Digital Marketing Specialist – Website & Digital InitiativesOur client, a respected non-profit organization, is entering an exciting phase of digital transformation and is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to lead their website redevelopment and support broader digital initiatives. This is a hands-on role for a professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and creativity.What You’ll Do:Lead the full website redevelopment from strategy to launch, including RFPs, vendor coordination, design, content alignment, testing, and ongoing maintenance.Serve as the internal website subject matter expert, ensuring a seamless user experience, accessibility, and technical reliability.Oversee digital advertising campaigns, email marketing, newsletters, and analytics to support audience growth, fundraising, and donor engagement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive storytelling and integrated campaigns across digital platforms.Manage projects, timelines, and stakeholders, keeping initiatives on track, on budget, and aligned with organizational goals.What We’re Looking For:3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or digital communications; experience in the non-profit sector is a plus.Proven track record leading a website redesign or redevelopment from start to finish.Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and vendor coordination skills.Technical proficiency with WordPress (or similar CMS), Google Ads, and Google Analytics.Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-driven with excellent communication skills.
