Success = qualified pipeline, lower CAC, and clean attribution—not vanity metrics.What You’ll Do• Website Maintenance & Enhancements: Manage WordPress updates, UX improvements, site speed, on-page SEO, and conversion paths (forms, CTAs, lead magnets).• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google) with clear KPIs (MQLs, CPL, ROAS).• Drive SEO (technical, on-page, content briefs, backlink outreach) for high-intent keywords.• Build landing pages, A/B test offers, and optimize funnels end-to-end.• Run email nurtures and list segmentation, test subject lines and cadences.• Produce and repurpose content (blogs, case studies, one-pagers, short-form video, carousels).• Own reporting (GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio) and deliver attribution insights.• Align tightly with Sales on offers and follow-up for Managed IT, Cybersecurity-as-a-Service, Process Automation, and Real Estate solutions.You’re a Fit If You Have• 3+ years in digital marketing with proven B2B results.• Strong SEO + PPC execution (Google Ads/LinkedIn Ads), GA4, and Search Console.• Ahrefs/SEMrush, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.• Excellent English copywriting; can translate technical topics into business value.• WordPress proficiency and basic design/video skills (Canva/Figma, simple edits).• CRM/marketing automation familiarity (HubSpot/Pipedrive/Mailchimp or similar).• Well-versed in using AI for marketing (e.g., content drafting, ad variants, creative ideation, analytics insights, and workflow automation using tools like ChatGPT/Claude/Jasper/Perplexity/Midjourney/HeyGen/Sora).• Data-driven mindset and disciplined documentation.Nice to Have• Experience marketing IT services/MSP, cybersecurity, or SaaS.• Understanding of U.S. B2B buyer journeys and qualification frameworks.Location & Hours• Remote (Pakistan).• Overlap at least 6 hours with U.S. Eastern Time (Mon–Fri).Compensation• Base salary in USD + sales commission on organic genuine leads.• Performance bonuses based on pipeline and ROI.How to ApplyApply via LinkedIn and provide links to:1. 1–2 campaigns you ran (goal, budget, results),2. a content sample (blog/case study/landing page), and3. a dashboard screenshot (KPIs redacted if needed) showing how you report performance.If you’re ready to build measurable pipeline—not just impressions—let’s talk.
