Digital Marketing Specialist-Full Time

⚠️ This role is strictly on-site in Baku, Azerbaijan. Applications from outside Azerbaijan will not be considered.We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support our digital marketing and operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of online campaigns, managing paid advertising platforms, optimizing SEO, and assisting with content creation and reporting. You will work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing & Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.Support SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities.Assist in creating and optimizing content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.Monitor daily performance of campaigns and provide regular reports with actionable insights.Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) to track and measure campaign success.Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and best practices to improve digital marketing performance.Collaborate with designers, content creators, and SMM managers to ensure consistent branding.Assist in marketing operations tasks, including reporting, documentation, and coordination of projects.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console) and analytics platforms.Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, or similar) is a strong advantage.Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.Fluent in English and Russian (both written and spoken).What We OfferCompetitive salary package based on skills and experience.Opportunity to grow within the company and advance into senior roles.Training and mentorship from senior management.Dynamic and collaborative work environment with international exposure.Salary: 1200– 1500 AZN (depending on experience and skills).Working HoursMonday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00Saturday: 10:00 – 15:00Day off: Sunday
