This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, primarily in B2C, with exposure to B2B initiatives.Annual salary: JPY 8-12MFully Remote Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with client business goals.Plan and execute campaigns across email, social media (Instagram, X, TikTok), and LINE.Direct content creation in collaboration with designers and copywriters.Manage influencer and affiliate marketing programs, including ROI analysis.Optimize SEO and drive website traffic through keyword research and best practices.Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio; report KPIs and propose improvements.Foster strong communication and collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders.RequirementsMust-have:5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.Proven track record in multi-channel campaign planning (SNS, email, affiliate).Familiarity with MA/CRM tools (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, etc.).Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel/Google Sheets.Excellent presentation and client communication skills.Native-level Japanese.Nice-to-have:Experience with ad operations (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LINE Ads).GA4 and Looker Studio proficiency.Exposure to global brands or multinational clients.English at business level.
