We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our officee (Mozang 03 fane Lahore).The ideal candidate will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, generating qualified leads, and building a strong digital brand for our specialized medical billing services. You'll be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage effective digital marketing strategies across all channels to promote our medical billing services and brand.Lead Generation: Drive qualified lead generation campaigns using various digital tactics, including search engine marketing (SEM), paid social advertising, and email marketing.Social Media Management: Oversee and execute all social media marketing activities (content creation, posting, community engagement, and paid promotion) to increase brand awareness and engagement.SEO/SEM: Manage and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.Digital Presence Optimization: Maintain, update, and optimize the company's website and overall digital presence for a seamless user experience and maximum conversion.Content & Campaign Management: Collaborate with content teams to ensure marketing materials are engaging, on-brand, and optimized for digital channels.Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze performance across all digital marketing campaigns and activities, providing regular reports with actionable insights to management.Platform Development: Assist in the maintenance and development of company digital platforms, leveraging expertise in Content Management Systems (CMS).Required QualificationsProven Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and managing effective digital campaigns.Demonstrated success in Lead Generation through digital channels.Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and techniques (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).Expertise in CMS development (WordPress, Shopify) or similar platforms for managing and updating corporate websites.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear strategies.Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
