About NorditechNorditech is an established Australian company providing environmental monitoring and technology solutions across major infrastructure and industrial sectors.We deliver advanced environmental monitoring systems, data management solutions, and maintenance services that help our clients meet regulatory and operational requirements with confidence.With over a decade of proven experience and trusted partnerships, Norditech continues to lead with innovation, technical expertise, and reliable service across Australia.About the roleWe are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance Norditech’s digital presence and help communicate the value of our products and services across key markets.This is a hands-on, onsite role based at our Seven Hills office, suited to a creative and analytical individual with a strong understanding of digital platforms, content strategy, and marketing automation.You will work closely with internal teams to deliver engaging, consistent, and effective marketing communications that support our growth and client engagement goals.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the company’s WordPress website and digital content.Plan and execute marketing campaigns across web, email, and social media channels.Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all platforms and materials.Create engaging content that highlights Norditech’s capabilities and project outcomes.Utilise relevant marketing tools to improve content quality, workflow, and performance tracking.Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and website analytics.Collaborate with internal teams to support tenders, client communications, and promotional activities.Skill and ExperienceMinimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing or communications.Strong working knowledge of WordPress, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and CRM or marketing automation systems.Familiarity with AI tools for marketing, content creation, or automation .Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Graphic design skills will be highly regarded.Experience in B2B, technology, or industrial sectors (preferred).
