Sekawan Media is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team!This role is essential in strengthening the company’s and our partners’ online presence through end-to-end digital marketing activities, from campaign strategy, content creation, and social media management, to analytics and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital trends, proactive in exploring new channels, and able to deliver measurable impact for both internal projects and partner collaborations.Responsibilities : - Develop, implement, and manage digital campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and SEO.- Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce engaging assets that align with brand objectives. - Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize strategies and achieve marketing goals. - Leverage data and analytics to refine targeting and segmentation to increase engagement and conversions. - Stay up to date on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to bring innovative ideas to the team.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- Fresh graduates or active students of last year are welcome to apply- 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a similar role is a plus point- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Social media marketing tools.- Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation to drive campaign adjustments.- Ability to work with content creation teams to design campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
