If this sounds like the challenge you have been waiting for, then this is the job for you!The job: Combine strategic planning with hands-on campaign executionReporting to the Head of Defence Marketing and Communications, you will lead and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns to increase awareness, engagement and lead generation for defence products and solutions. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution across paid media and email marketing channels.Key responsibilities:Plan and execute paid media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads and relevant industry channels to drive awareness and lead generation.Develop and manage email marketing campaigns (HubSpot or similar), including segmentation, automation, testing and performance tracking.Define campaign objectives, KPIs and success metrics, providing regular reporting, insights and recommendations for optimisation.Create/coordinate high-performing digital content and ad copy aligned with brand guidelines and audience needs.Collaborate with colleagues across the Defence MarCom team in the UK, Europe and the USA to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.Leverage analytics and performance data to improve campaign effectiveness and inform future strategy.Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and technologies, recommending new approaches and tools to enhance performance.Ensure all activities comply with brand, data protection and corporate communication standards.The team: Join a collaborative and well-established team You will be a member of the Defence Marketing and Communications team which is spread across three locations: Denmark, Germany and the UK. Despite the geographical diversity of these teams, your primary workspace will be located at our head office in Aarhus, Denmark, alongside half of the Defence MarCom team. This position offers the opportunity for you to work in a truly international environment and collaborate with teams across different locations.You bring: Digital marketing expertise and a data-driven and proactive mindsetYou bring 4+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally within a defence, technology or B2G context.
