Your impact starts here.🔗 Official website: www.withtap.comDigital Content & Campaign Manager The Role We are seeking a Digital Content & Campaign Manager with 3+ years of experience to drive our online presence and performance through impactful campaigns and data-driven content. This highly autonomous role focuses on the end-to-end management of digital media assets, paid promotions, and performance analytics. You will be the primary expert responsible for ensuring our content strategy, particularly short-form video, delivers measurable business results across both English and Spanish-speaking audiences. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Media Production Lead the strategy and planning for all digital content, maintaining a high-level content calendar focused on audience engagement and conversion paths.Manage the full production lifecycle for all digital media, including hands-on creation and editing of short-form video assets, photography, and graphic content for distribution across all campaign channels.Keep a close eye on social media trends and competitor actions to stay at the forefront.Own the brand voice and community interaction across public digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency and growth.Develop and adapt high-quality content in both English and Spanish to effectively engage diverse segments of our target audience. Campaign Management & Performance Advertising Strategize, launch, and manage targeted digital advertising campaigns (e.g., promotional media buys, audience segmentation) to achieve specific marketing KPIs.Monitor, optimize, and control the campaign budget for maximum return on investment (ROI). Data Analysis & Reporting Serve as the primary analyst for digital performance, meticulously tracking campaign effectiveness and content reach.Utilize advanced features of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to report on audience behavior, conversion attribution, and the direct impact of content and campaigns on business objectives.Provide actionable, data-driven insights to senior leadership for continuous strategy refinement. Required Qualifications & Experience MANDATORY: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience managing digital content strategies, paid media, and performance analytics. (This is not an entry-level position.)Absolute professional proficiency (written and spoken) in both English and Spanish is REQUIRED.Proven expertise in professional-level video production and editing skills necessary for modern digital platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).Successful track record in building, optimizing, and reporting on paid digital advertising campaigns.High-level proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for custom reporting, goal tracking, and strategic analysis. How to Apply:Please submit your resume, a cover letter detailing your specific experience over the past 3+ years, and a portfolio or links showcasing digital campaigns and video content you have personally managed and edited, including examples of content produced in both English and Spanish
