From day one, you’ll tackle real-world challenges, contribute to meaningful projects, and make an impact where it matters most.DIGITAL MEDIA APPRENTICEROLE: FACEBOOK CHANNEL APPRENTICE📚 Suitable for students in:Digital Marketing/Marketing/Mass Communication/Social Media Management/Business/Advertising/Public Relations💡 You’ll need:Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, and Ads ManagerUnderstanding of the Facebook algorithm (best posting times, engagement strategies)Ability to create a content calendar and do copywritingBasic photo & video editing (Canva / CapCut)Knowledge of Facebook monetization policiesSkills to analyze and report performance (reach, engagement, follower growth)📋 What you’ll do:Manage and grow the Facebook page/channelUpload, schedule, and monitor posts & commentsWrite catchy captions with strong CTAsTrack analytics and performanceBrainstorm content ideas based on trends and audience insightsWork towards monetization goals (followers, watch time, engagement)____________________________________________________________ROLE: YOUTUBE CHANNEL APPRENTICE📚 Suitable for students in:Film/Multimedia/Broadcasting/Mass Communication (Digital Media)/Marketing/Digital Content Creation/Data Analytics💡 You’ll need:Familiarity with YouTube Studio and how the YouTube algorithm worksAbility to optimize titles, tags, descriptions & thumbnailsStrong data analysis skills (CTR, retention, watch time)Awareness of YouTube trends and Shorts strategyProficiency in Canva / Photoshop / CapCut / Premiere ProBasic understanding of copyright & monetization rules📋 What you’ll do:Upload and optimize all videos on the channelResearch trending topics, keywords & competitorsMonitor analytics - CTR, views, retention, subscriber growthSupport the content team with ideas & trend analysisEnsure monetization targets (1K subs, 4K watch hours) are metTest new upload strategies (titles, thumbnails, timing)Prepare weekly performance reports & action plans📍 Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor 🕒 Duration: Minimum 6 months and above 📩 How to Apply: Email to sitisarah@durioo.com
