If you’re passionate about AI, emerging tech, and data-driven marketing, this is where you can pivot your career exponentially.Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work40% Digital Media Planning and Buying:• Plan, negotiate, and execute digital media buys across programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk), paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), and emerging AI-driven channels.• Develop media plans, audience strategies, and budget allocations aligned with client objectives and KPIs.• Monitor pacing, optimize bids, and apply AI-powered targeting to maximize ROI.• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to test dynamic creative optimization and predictive targeting.30% Data Analysis and Reporting:• Collect, clean, and analyze campaign data from DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).• Build automated dashboards (Looker Studio/Tableau), identify optimization opportunities using AI insights and A/B testing, and present actionable recommendations.30% Digital Project Management:• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of multi-channel digital campaigns and AI pilots.• Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across internal and external teams.• Maintain project documentation and ensure on-time, high-quality output.• Facilitate cross-border collaboration with Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong teams.Candidate Profile:• Up to 2 years’ experience in digital media, marketing, advertising, or relatedfields.• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and out-of-the-box thinking.• Highly curious about AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies.• Familiarity with programmatic buying, paid social, or performance marketing is a plus.• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while asking the right strategic questions to ensure alignment.• Data-driven mindset with knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, or BI tools.30-60-90 Day KPIs and Achievements:First 30 Days:• Complete onboarding and training on ACCELER8 AI tools, platforms, and workflows.• Support basic campaign monitoring and data analysis under supervision.• Build familiarity with internal AI-driven media systems (X8™ OS, etc.).First 60 Days:• Independently manage small-scale programmatic and paid social campaigns.• Present first-round performance insights and optimization ideas to the team.• Streamline reporting templates and identify at least one process improvement opportunity.First 90 Days:• Lead full-funnel digital media planning and buying for at least one client.• Deliver end-to-end project management with minimal supervision.• Contribute to cross-border projects and recommend innovative AI-driven solutions.What You’ll Gain• Competitive salary and performance bonuses.• Hands-on exposure to proprietary AI-driven media tech (e.g., X8™ OS, KOLLab™).• Regional collaboration with teams in Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.• Rapid career growth with direct mentorship from regional leaders and founders.• Flexible work set-up and opportunities to pivot your career exponentially in digital marketing.How to ApplySend your resume and a short note on why AI in marketing excites you to peopleops@aidrivenroi.com with the subject: Digital Media Executive – Manila
