They are a market leader dedicated to providing a unique and engaging retail experience for customers across the country.ResponsibilitiesForecast and develop digital media strategies to drive brand and retail growth. Create, manage, and update content calendars across all digital platforms on a regular basis. Draft and respond to customer inquiries and build engagement with online communities. Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across all digital channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Share relevant performance reports with management to support decision-making. Develop and execute engaging content across all platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement. Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and engagement with the target audience. RequirementsA minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. A degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Sound knowledge of digital marketing strategies and campaign execution. Excellent Sinhala and English content writing skills. The ability to think creatively and a keen eye for aesthetics. Proven experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns.
