Digital Communication & Marketing SpecialistWe are looking for a professional who can manage the digital communication of multiple company projects — each with its own style, tone, and content. The person have to build a team that can manage all the communications needs of a group of companies. The role requires strong writing and storytelling skills, critical analysis, and the ability to adapt to different communication styles.Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working with a diverse, multidisciplinary team with varying expertise and communication abilities.The position also involves using automation tools and digital marketing strategies to ensure seamless integration between content, recall actions, and advertising campaigns.Main Responsibilities1. Content & EditorialWrite posts, articles, and digital copy for various online channels.Produce and curate photos and short videos.Create and manage multiple multichannel editorial plans.Use Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance communication processes.Conduct regular interviews with Project Managers to gather content.Coordinate the editorial and promotional communication of a podcast series.Monitor content performance and optimize communication strategies.Integrate SEO and SEM strategies with a team (search + advertising) into digital funnels. Skill to accept the change of the future of the SEO (IA and IA Browser will change all "the game") Coordinate link-building strategies with partners (schools, training institutions, tech companies).Monitor organic rankings and conversions, prepare monthly reports.2. Digital Marketing & FunnelCoordinating juniors which can configure and manage advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.Create and manage digital funnels for customer acquisition and retention.Use marketing automation tools (Zapier, Make, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) for recall emails, remarketing, and nurturing sequences.Integrate funnels with the company CRM and digital platforms.RequirementsProven experience in social media management and digital content writing.Strong storytelling and critical analysis skills.Competence in photography, video creation, and digital editing.Knowledge of Generative AI tools.Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to analyze data and KPIs for campaigns and funnels.Experience with SEO and content marketing.Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for technical optimization.Ability to combine SEO and Generative AI
