You will leverage your experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, and analytics to scale our growth. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver campaigns that resonate with our audiences, drive results, and amplify our brand positioning.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop Go-To-Market Campaigns: Strategise and execute concerted marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and market penetration.Develop, manage, and execute client content calendars, including posting, scheduling, and day-to-day management of social media platforms.Liaise with clients to understand their brand objectives, campaign requirements, and content expectations, ensuring alignment with business goals.Asset Creation & Commercialisation: Collaborate with internal creative teams to deliver high-impact campaign assets that drive conversions.Contribute creative ideas and support the execution of innovative campaigns from concept to delivery.Brand Building: Enhance creative brand visibility for both our company and our customers through innovative storytelling and engaging campaigns.Work cross-functionally with restaurants, influencers, and internal teams at Happy Chimps to create impactful brand stories and campaigns.QualificationsA minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing role, ideally in an agency or an international business.Campaign Expertise: Proven ability to develop, execute, and manage acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.Strong visual awareness with a good understanding of design principles and brand aesthetics.Creative & Commercial Thinking: A flair for combining creative storytelling with results-driven strategies.Keen interest in digital trends, social media platforms, and the restaurant and influencer ecosystem.Hands-on experience creating engaging short-form video content, including TikToks and Instagram Reels, with a focus on driving engagement and reach.Collaboration: A team player with strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.Initiative: An ability to ideate, generate, and complete projects and campaigns to better the business, team, and your own experience.Sound Like Your Kind of Buzz?
