This roleoversees the performance marketing, community, content, and influencer management functions, ensuring integrated digital impact for clients.Key Responsibilities1. Digital Strategy & Planning Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives (awareness, engagement, conversion, retention).• Build full-funnel media plans across search, social, and display.• Integrate influencer, content, and community marketing into campaign strategies to drive brand relevance and loyalty.• Collaborate with creative and data teams to ensure campaigns are insight-led and results-driven.2. Paid Media & Performance OptimizationPlan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, X, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.• Conduct A/B tests, analyze data, and refine targeting to maximize ROI.• Manage SEO, SEM, and retargeting to improve visibility and conversions.• Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards with clear insights and recommendations.3. Content & Community ManagementOversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across all social media platforms.• Supervise community managers to ensure consistent brand tone, responsiveness, and customer engagement.• Develop content calendars and review creative outputs for digital channels.• Use social listening tools to monitor sentiment, trends, and emerging engagement opportunities.4. Influencer & Partnership ManagementIdentify and vet influencers aligned with client brand values and campaign objectives.• Develop influencer briefs, contracts, and performance tracking systems.• Manage influencer collaborations, ensuring authenticity and measurable impact.• Build long-term influencer relationships and community partnerships to sustain engagement.5. Team & Budget ManagementLead and mentor the performance marketing, content, and community teams.• Oversee budget allocation and spend efficiency across campaigns.• Ensure smooth collaboration between digital, creative, and media departments for integrated execution.Skills & QualificationsProven experience in digital marketing, media buying, and social media strategy (minimum 5–7 years).• Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of ad metrics, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.• Excellent leadership and communication skills.• Ability to balance creative thinking with performance metrics.
