We service the world’s most dynamic entertainment and brand clients with services that span across the digital landscape.Unfold is actively seeking a Digital Media Strategist (Google Ads) to join it's growing Media team!A Digital Media Strategist (Google Ads) at UNFOLD will be responsible for the hands-on keyboard execution of Google ad buying and creative ideation to ensure client account growth and success. You will be responsible for developing Google focused performance marketing tactics and routing to your Media Supervisor for review, and then executing approved tactics. You should demonstrate excellent communication skills along with basic understanding in advertising and marketing principles to evaluate the most cost-effective paid media solutions for UNFOLD’s clients.Responsibilities:Plan and present comprehensive paid media tactics and creative ideation to Media Supervisor to increase brand visibility and recognition, and drive new user acquisition and leadsExecuting Google Ad buying tactics including building audiences through customer data, building campaigns/ad sets/ads, closely monitoring performance, adjusting bids and budgets, and relentlessly testing/iterating to generate resultsManage between 5-10 paid media accounts on behalf of UNFOLD clients, with aggregate monthly spends ranging between $5,000 – $100,000Managing, reviewing, and performing daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads and potentially other search platforms for a variety of clients.Maintaining and monitoring keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.Managing the creation of large keyword lists.Managing display network placement lists on Google AdsConduct thorough audits of new/potential clients’ past Google Ads activity and creative library Strategize on a weekly basis with Media Supervisor to determine next steps to take client accounts to the next level of performancePresent and quantify performance, findings, and insights to the client on an ongoing basisPreparing advertising schedules and timelines for client onboarding, campaign launch, and ongoing account optimization and maintenanceSkills & Experience:2+ years of experience in Google Ad buyingBachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, though not necessaryExcellent communication skills (verbal, written)Proficiency in Google AnalyticsProficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (vlookup, analysis, modeling)Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities in a client-facing roleProfessional and respectful demeanor in dealing with internal and external business partnersEffective time management in a professional settingCollaborate effectively in a team environment and ability to manage upIntegrity and optimism, regardless of the situationEmbraces and fosters new ideas, opinions, and ideologiesUnfold Offers:Competitive Medical (subsidized), Dental and Vision Plan Offerings401K PlanComprehensive List of Paid HolidaysFlexible Time Off (FTO) PolicyPartial Mobile Phone Service ReimbursementSupplemented Paid Maternity/Parental Leave PoliciesBudgets for Professional Development and GrowthBonuses for Referring EmployeesNumerous Company-Sponsored Events / Activities throughout the yearFully Stocked Kitchen in a Pet-Friendly Office!An Environment that Fosters Growth and Upward Mobility!UNFOLD is a minority-owned business, led by two diverse founders who not only embrace diversity in all areas of the business, but are committed to building teams that represent a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
