In this role, you will lead the creation, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing strategies and website content, with a strong focus on enhancing brand visibility, driving website traffic, and generating leads. You will report directly to the Global New Business Lead, Marcom, and BI, and collaborate closely with marketing and business teams worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the global execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with business goalsManage multi-channel campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and content platformsOptimize digital advertising to maximize ROI through performance monitoring and budget adjustmentsCreate, curate, and manage engaging digital content and product collateralsEnsure consistent brand and product messaging across all digital touchpointsMaintain and optimize the company website using Drupal (mandatory)Ensure the site is user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and aligned with digital marketing initiativesUse tools like Google Analytics and campaign managers to track performanceProvide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysisWork cross-functionally with marketing, design, and content teams worldwideStay current with digital trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutionsYour ProfileProven experience in digital marketing, media strategy, and website managementMandatory proficiency in Drupal for website content management and optimizationStrong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketingProficiency in social media and analytics tools such as Google AnalyticsExcellent communication skills and ability to create compelling digital contentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindsetKnowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plusUniversity degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldAbility to lead projects autonomously in a fast-paced, international matrix organizationWhy Join GC International AGAt GC International AG, you will be part of a growing, innovative company with a global footprint.
