Quest Search and Selection is partnering with a fast-growing retail e-commerce business to recruit an Digital Operations Marketing Manager. This position will oversee marketing operations across both App and desktop platforms, with a strong focus on the Benelux region—particularly the Netherlands and Belgium.The role plays a key part in boosting user engagement, improving platform performance, and driving commercial results through data-led decision-making and local market insights.The company is an innovative European e-commerce retailer known for its advanced logistics network, rapid delivery capabilities, and tech-driven culture. With continued expansion across multiple categories, the business offers a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.Key Responsibilities of this Digital Operations Marketing Manager role -• Oversee day-to-day marketing operations for the App and desktop platforms across the Benelux region, covering product visibility, content layouts, and promotional placements.• Take ownership of improving key user metrics, including daily active users (DAU), conversion, and retention.• Build a deep understanding of consumer behaviour within the Dutch market to guide decision-making.• Identify relevant trends and category opportunities to develop localised marketing initiatives that increase gross merchandise volume (GMV).• Work closely with product and engineering teams to enhance on-platform marketing capabilities, supporting improvements in AOV, order frequency, and other core KPIs.Candidate requirements for this Digital Operations Marketing Manager position -• Solid background in eCommerce marketing, digital marketing, online trading, or user operations within a tech or online retail environment.• 3–7 years’ experience in eCommerce, digital operations, or channel management.• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.• Comfortable using data to optimise ongoing marketing and operational performance.• Native-level Dutch or C1 proficiency (preferred).• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth business.• Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with experience collaborating across product, tech, and marketing functions.Benefits of this Digital Operations Marketing Manager position -• Salary €65,000 - €100,000 Euros (DOE)Initial 5-day in-office onboarding period (first three months), followed by hybrid working.• Annual bonus.• Commuting allowance.• Pension scheme.• Phone allowance.If this opportunity fits your experience and ambitions, please apply using reference numberJO-2509-115276.
