Location: Lahore (On-site)Shift: Pacific Time Zone (Night Shift) 9PM to 6 AM PKTDepartment: Microsoft Center of Excellence (CoE)Reports To: Director, Growth & MarketingAbout the Role:Axelliant’s Microsoft Center of Excellence (CoE) is expanding its global footprint. We’re seeking a Digital Outreach Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can combine digital prospecting with strong verbal communication to build qualified pipelines for our Microsoft CSP, Managed Services, and Cloud Solutions business.This role blends cold calling, personalized digital outreach, and data-driven prospecting across multiple platforms — aimed at identifying and connecting with decision-makers in the U.S.Key Responsibilities:Execute outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and digital channels to generate qualified leads for the Microsoft CoE.Conduct cold calls to prospects in North America with a neutral or American accent, ensuring professional and engaging communication.Leverage platforms such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Reddit, Quora, and other relevant online communities to identify and connect with target accounts.Create tailored outreach sequences and manage engagement workflows using CRM and automation tools.Qualify prospects through conversation, understanding business challenges and technology needs related to Microsoft CSP, Managed Services, or Cloud Infrastructure.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.Maintain consistent documentation of outreach activity, performance metrics, and lead status in CRM.Required Skills & Experience:1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, SDR, or inside sales (preferably within the IT or Microsoft ecosystem).Excellent spoken English with a neutral or American accent and strong written communication skills.Hands-on experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and at least two of the following: HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Reddit, Quora, or similar prospecting tools.Proven success in cold calling and lead qualification for U.S.-based clients.Knowledge of Microsoft CSP licensing, Cloud Solutions, or Managed Services is a plus.Ability to work independently during U.S. Pacific Time (night shift in Lahore).What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work directly with Axelliant’s U.S. growth and Microsoft teams.Professional development through Microsoft-focused training and certification support.A collaborative environment that values initiative, clarity, and accountability.
