Digital Partnerships Assistant

As a Digital Partnerships Assistant, you will play a key role in expanding our portfolio of high-quality website partnerships all over the world. Acting as an ambassador for ICS-digital, you will cultivate strong and long-lasting relationships and support the publishing of first-class content.Based in our Leeds office, you will work alongside a team of talented, multilingual SEO experts to ensure we deliver the best possible international SEO service for our clients.The role:Casual role - between 10 and 20 hours per week expected (flexible to suit your schedule)Salary: £12.21/hourUse multiple prospecting techniques to creatively search the internet for new partnershipsCurate extensive, relevant, and high-quality lists of prospect domains including accurate information such as webmaster contact details and nicheEstablish, manage and nurture a portfolio of international partnerships, being the single point of contact to build a strong relationshipNegotiate terms and agreements with webmasters with confidence, working to keep publishing costs low. Proficient in a range of negotiation techniques and innovative in response to problem-solving. Conducting first stage quality assurance checks on published content. Work to shape and tailor your outreach efforts to meet client expectations and monthly KPIsAbout you:Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with personnel at all levels. Native speaker of English (and knowledge of another language is a plus)A driven, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn quickly (and knowledge of SEO is a plus). Proven time-management and organisation skills with the ability to self-motivate.
