About the role: We are looking for a commercially astute and growth-focused Digital Partnerships Manager to launch and accelerate the expansion and performance of our new digital telco brand across key digital, e-commerce, and fintech ecosystems in the MENA region. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.This role demands strong negotiation skills, data-driven decision-making, and a proven ability to develop and nurture high-impact partnerships with digital marketplaces, fintech platforms, consumer tech companies, and SMEs. What you’ll be responsible for: Identify, develop, and execute strategic digital partnerships with leading marketplaces, fintech platforms, consumer tech brands, and SMEs to significantly expand market reach and accelerate revenue growthLead negotiation and implementation of annual joint business plans and partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and maximizing returns on marketing investmentOptimize and manage marketing and sales funnels on partner platforms, driving targeted acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns aligned with commercial goalsUse robust market insights and performance analytics to monitor, test, and refine partnership strategies and digital marketing initiatives continuouslyCollaborate with cross-functional teams, especially the Product team and Circles Digital Advisory & Support Services (“DASS”) teams to ensure strategic coherence and integrated execution across partnership activitiesBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, account managers, and industry stakeholders, staying attuned to market trends, innovations, and competitive landscapePrepare and present detailed performance reports and insights for senior leadership, facilitating data-driven strategic adjustments and business decisions What we’re looking for: 12+ years’ experience in digital partnerships, e-commerce, business development, or digital marketing within fast-moving consumer-facing digital sectors; telecom experience preferredDemonstrated success in building and scaling strategic digital partnerships with marketplaces, fintech ecosystems, and consumer tech playersProven negotiation, project management, and stakeholder management capabilities, with a track record of handling multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneouslyStrong analytical skills, with proficiency in evaluating digital marketing metrics such as CAC, CPC, CPM, LTV/CAC to drive optimizationExcellent written and oral communication skills in English and ArabicEntrepreneurial mindset with agile problem-solving skills, adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environmentsAdvanced proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and visualization tools Circles is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
