We are hiring Digital Payment Specialist to join one of our major clients based in Riyadh, KSAEmployment Type - 9 months & etendable contractJob Location -Riyadh, KSAPurpose of the ProjectObjective: Lead the design, development, and launch of a digital wallet—a flagship fintech product. The goal is to transform WalaPlus from a loyalty platform into a fintech-enabled service provider, embedding financial services into its ecosystem.Scope: Full-cycle delivery of a strategic card-based cashback product under a Banking as a Service (BaaS) model with BankRequired Knowledge & Experience10+ years in fintech, digital payments, or banking project delivery.Experience with BaaS, card programs, or mobile wallet launches.Deep understanding of digital payments, card systems, and embedded finance.Familiarity with Saudi fintech regulations and SAMA compliance.Strong project management skills (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).Experience with BI tools, data modeling, and KPI tracking.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Technology (MBA preferred).Mandatory SkillsStrategic planning and tactical execution.Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement.Regulatory and risk management in fintech.Technical fluency in SDKs, APIs, and data architecture.Bilingual communication (Arabic & English).Problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced settings.
