Almost everyone interacts with our services at some point in their lives and we are constantly working to make them better.As a Digital Performance Analyst, you will be part of our Data and Analytics function within the Performance Analytics Central Team. You will support teams across DWP to design with data, embedding insight into every stage of service development to ensure we meet real user needs.You will also contribute to our Performance Analyst community of practice, helping to define standards, share best practice and bring analysts together to solve problems collaboratively.Your work will involve analysing a wide range of datasets and collaborating with User Researchers, Business Analysts and Data Scientists. Together, you will build a complete picture of our users, systems and services to guide iterative design and improve outcomes.You will help shape how teams think about performance measurement. Digital Allowance is non-salary, and non-pensionable, and is classed as a temporary allowance.
