You might be just who we’re looking for.We’re a dynamic Online team and the driving force behind our brands’ eCommerce growth and are now looking for someone who’s enthusiastic about performance marketing, eCommerce, and creative problem-solving. You’ll play an important role in Paid Media Execution and supporting our online growth strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon, across Australian and International market accounts.Your day-to-day tasks will include setting up ads, managing keywords, writing and testing compelling ad copy, monitoring performance and drawing insights, coordinating assets and assisting with the technical aspects of our eCommerce platforms.You’ll report directly to the Digital Performance Manager and collaborate closely with the wider Online Marketing team to help drive growth across our global MooGoo family of brands.Key SkillsPaid Media ExecutionExperience setting up ads (full-funnel) across multiple digital platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display).Exposure to digital spend ranging from $200,000 to $500,000+ per year.Ability to analyse and report on key KPIs, and conversions with strong attention to detail. Amazon Advertising & Marketplace Management (Optional but highly desirable)Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads Console.Understanding of Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display campaigns. SEO, Web Fundamentals & AnalyticsHands-on experience with eCommerce platforms preferably with Shopify.Good understanding of basic SEO strategies to drive increased organic traffic and search visibility.Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets skills (SUMIFS, QUERY, pivot tables, etc.).BONUS: Comfort using GA4, Looker Studio, and platform dashboards to interpret results.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in a previous entry-level brand or digital marketing role.Strong written communication for ad copy, briefs, and internal reporting.Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and tasks.Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.Curious and proactive learner in the field of AI and automation.Keen interest in e-commerce and skincare marketing.Strong analytical mindset with commercial awareness; understands how media spend links to profit.RequiredAlong with an up-to-date resume, please provide a personalised cover letter explaining why you’d be the right fit for our MooGoo family, drawing on proven personal and professional achievements.
