About this role As a Digital Producer, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional website & app digital projects at Daylight. Working closely with our Digital Production Lead and wider digital team, you’ll coordinate delivery, maintain project momentum, and ensure every detail, from timelines to quality, aligns with client goals and internal standards. You’ll manage client communications, support production workflows, and help keep projects on track, on time, and within scope.What your day could look likeManage and coordinate digital projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are consistently met.Support the Digital Production Lead and internal teams by maintaining clear documentation, schedules, and communication across all stakeholders.Serve as a key point of contact for clients — facilitating updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment on project goals.Partner with designers, developers, and strategists to maintain project flow, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure alignment between creative vision and technical execution.Support the QA process to ensure projects have met key standards, and are ready for client review.Assist with project budgets and resource management, tracking progress and supporting estimates, proposals, and reporting.Contribute to continuous improvement across production processes, bringing ideas for efficiency, clarity, and impact.Help maintain a culture of collaboration and accountability within the production team.Who we are looking for Locally based applications only; you need to be located in Auckland, NZ3+ years of experience in digital production, project coordination, or a related field.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — confident working with clients and internal teams alike.Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and a working knowledge of agile delivery.A basic understanding of digital production processes and technologies (websites, apps, CMS platforms, etc.).A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and willingness to learn from others.Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, initiative, and adaptability matter.Why our team loves working at Daylight We often have the privilege of working on challenges that are answering real-world problems - driving impact and making a difference in communities We have a collaborative, high-trust environment where ideas are valued Our senior leadership team are hands-on and work directly across key client projects, delivering impact and driving the team energy around how we tackle projectsWe invest in staff training and development, ensuring opportunities to grow and develop skills are made possible Weekly restocked drinks and snacks cupboard - which can be dangerous Excellent office space in the heart of Morningside - The Chambers building, dog-friendly with great public transport access and parking A culture that embraces work-life balance, well-being, and growth.Join our team As a business, Daylight acknowledges Te Tiriti o Waitangi and recognises that Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei are mana whenua of the land where the Daylight office is based in Tāmaki Makaurau.
