About The JobWe're looking for a talented and driven Digital Product Designer to join our team.You'll be responsible for designing and building user-focused digital platforms, products, and services across a variety of industries. You'll help shape ideas from concept to launch, combining creativity, strategy, and a strong sense of design to craft experiences that are both functional and visually striking.A solid understanding of AI-driven design tools and how to use automation to enhance your workflow will be key for this role.What You'll DoBring client visions to life through research, benchmarking, sketching, prototyping, and user testingParticipate in design thinking and co-creation workshops to align teams and define product goalsCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams across UX, strategy, and developmentUse AI-assisted tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, testing, and iterationUnderstand business requirements and technical constraints to guide design decisionsMake strategic UX and UI decisions for both new and existing featuresIdentify pain points and craft thoughtful, user-friendly solutionsTranslate ideas and user stories into flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypesCreate visually compelling interfaces that elevate the overall user experienceBuild and evolve design systems that scale consistently across digital productsRequirementsHave 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer in a digital agencyUnderstand and apply end-to-end UX and UI design processesHave experience using AI and design automation tools to improve efficiency and creativityAre confident designing mobile-first and responsive experiencesAre creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projectsAre proficient in Figma, and other collaboration toolsCommunicate clearly—both visually and verbally. (Arabic is a plus.)Have an impressive portfolio that showcases your design process and outcomesStay calm under pressure and welcome constructive feedback
