The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with foundational experience in product management and agile methodologies.ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and execution of digital product initiatives within an agile/scrum frameworkCollaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, and marketing to define requirements and deliver product enhancementsAnalyze user data and insights to identify opportunities and inform product decisionsConduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate ideas and optimize performanceAssist with backlog management, sprint planning, and product documentationDevelop and deliver presentations, reports, and updates to stakeholders at all levelsLeverage analytics tools to monitor KPIs and performance across digital platformsQualifications4+ years of experience in digital product management or agile/scrum environmentsExperience working with agile software development methodologiesProficiency with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and agile project management tools (Jira, Miro)Customer-facing product experienceExperience building product road mapsExperience conducting experimentation and A/B testing
