About the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven Digital Product Manager to lead the development, deployment, and optimization of our digital products and customer-facing channels. This hybrid role spans both technical product development and digital channel management, making it critical to our digital transformation goals.The ideal candidate will combine strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver innovative, scalable, and compliant solutions across platforms like POS, ATM, mobile, and web. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business value and customer satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the digital product strategy, roadmap, and full product lifecycle.Lead product development from concept through deployment in collaboration with Engineering, UI/UX, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.Work closely with external vendors, partners, and clients to ensure successful integration and rollout of digital solutions such as POS, ATM, and mobile platforms.Collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure all features and processes align with regulatory and security standards.Conduct ongoing market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to identify opportunities and improve product-market fit.Translate business objectives into detailed product requirements, user stories, and sprint plans.Manage the full deployment cycle, including user testing, go-live, training, and support.Analyze product performance and user behavior to inform continuous improvements. Performance Indicators (KPIs)To ensure success in this role, the following KPIs will be used to measure performance:Product Adoption Rate (user activation and engagement)System Uptime and Availability (POS/ATM/mobile platforms)Customer Satisfaction Index (CSAT/NPS)Time-to-Market for new features or updatesTransaction Success Rates and system error ratesCompliance Score and audit readinessUser Retention and Churn Metrics RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).3–6 years of proven experience in digital product management or fintech product delivery.Strong understanding of agile methodologies and digital product development cycles.Experience working with payment systems, APIs, mobile apps, or digital banking platforms.Skilled in product analytics, data interpretation, and user research methodologies.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.Demonstrated passion for innovation, customer-centricity, and digital transformation.Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is an advantage
