Join our team as a Senior Digital Product Manager!Central Media Group is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Product Manager to join our team.In this role, you will be in charge of a porfolio of our digital products throughout their product lifecycle. You will lead the product vision and strategy, managing skateholders, roadmap and prioritization, discovery and validation, delivery, go-to-market strategy and support, marketing and in-life optimization of our products.About us: Central Media Group is one of the leading media companies in Hungary. With 14 print magazines, over 20 special editions and bookazines, and 19 online publications, we reach 5.9 million people every month.Please note that Hungarian language skills are a mandatory requirement for this role.What will you do?Translate business strategy into product strategy.Manage product profitability and commercial success.Discovery and user-interviews to collect qualitative and quantitative data.Write high-level requirements, close cooperation with the development team.Own the product roadmap. Plan and carry out product launches by defining tasks for development teams to enhance customer experience and achieve business goals.Execute product strategy and drive action throughout the organisation to get products to market.Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market.Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages.Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues.Proactive and ongoing prioritization of business needs within managed products, focusing on the product strategy and objectives.Monitoring the realization of business requirements and communicating updates to stakeholders.Conducting business testing and acceptance of completed developments.Design features, test hypotheses and analyse data to understand user behaviour and deliver growth in the subscription space.What do we expect from you?Results orientation, ability to prioritize and lead a project from design to execution.Familiarity with market trends, and knowledge of the media and subscriber market.Experience in web, mobile, and other IT development projects.Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Shape Up, etc.).Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand user needs and market trends.Ability to say NO and defend your decisions.Fluent English.What do we offer?
