Digital Product Specialist Join us in our mission to improve people’s mobility.Embla Medical / Össur is looking for a motivated Digital Product Specialist with a passion for user-centered solutions and the ability to collaborate across teams to help create outstanding product experiences.In this role, you will support both colleagues and customers in using our digital solutions effectively. You will work closely with the digital product team to test new functionality, create clear guides, and share feedback that contributes to continuous development and an improved user experience.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication and collaboration skills, experience working with different stakeholders, a detail-oriented mindset, and a passion for developing user-friendly digital solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport colleagues by answering questions on product functionality, workflows, and user needs.Support adoption by creating guides, FAQs, and training sessions.Partner with the Digital Product Manager, UX/UI designers and developers to define requirements, test features, and suggest improvements.Monitor product usage, gather and share feedback from users to help guide improvements.Help colleagues and customers adopt new features smoothly.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in a product-focused or customer-facing role.Strong communication and presentations skills (comfortable giving demos or training sessions).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar is an advantage.We encourage people to apply for the position regardless of gender or origin.Application period ends on October 17th 2025.
