This is a rare opportunity to step into a newly shaped role where you’ll set the pace for modernisation, innovation and impact across a diverse and purpose-driven environment.What you’ll be doingRolling out and owning the digital roadmap, introducing smarter tools, systems and applications that elevate performance and connectivity across the organisation.Leading supplier and vendor relationships, overseeing procurement, negotiations and contract management to ensure best value and compliance.Driving delivery of new digital solutions and upgrades that strengthen the organisation’s strategy, engagement and reach.Advising and guiding teams on digital best practice, ensuring technology is harnessed to meet both operational and strategic goals.Creating opportunities to embed digital literacy and confidence across the organisation – from employees to stakeholders.Establishing a leading digital studio environment that reflects the creative and professional ambitions of the community you’ll be supporting.What we’re looking forA proven background in digital transformation, ideally in environments where analogue processes have been successfully transitioned into modern, tech-enabled systems.Experience in program or project management with a track record of delivering sustainable, impactful digital change.Strong collaboration skills, able to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging solutions that bring people along the journey.Strategic thinker who is also hands-on – equally comfortable in shaping big-picture roadmaps and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.Naturally empathetic and adaptable, with the ability to work across diverse teams and skill levels.Why this role?This isn’t just about systems and processes – it’s about creating a digital capability that enables creativity, growth and impact.
