Job DescriptionRole: Project Manager DigitalLocation: Utrecht, NetherlandsDuration: 12 Months with extensionLanguages: Dutch (Fluent), EnglishMode of work: Hybrid (2 Days of Remote)Description:Preparing the tender for a new joint data platform with our 3RO partners (Reclassering Nederland, Leger des Heils, and Verslavingszorg Nederland).Developing Reclassering Nederland’s own data and digitalization strategy.Managing the development of a high-risk AI application that helps probation officers use client information more effectively and safely.What You Will Do:Define Reclassering Nederland’s input and requirements for the new 3RO data platform tender (to be published March 2025).Develop a clear data & digitalization strategy and roadmap for Reclassering Nederland.Manage the full project to develop a high-risk AI tool that unlocks client information for better risk assessments.Work with a multidisciplinary team (IT, legal, data experts, and probation experts).Select and contract external partners and suppliers.Make sure the AI solution meets all privacy, security, and regulatory requirements (including EU AI Act and AVG/GDPR).Engage and align with internal and external stakeholders.Support change and adoption in an organization that is not primarily IT-driven.Professional Skills:Strong project management skills (Prince2 / IPMA / Agile / hybrid environments).Proven ability to lead strategic data/IT initiatives in complex organizations.Experience with tender processes (public procurement is a plus).Knowledge of data architecture, data platforms, and data governance.Understanding of AI systems, model development lifecycles, and responsible AI principles.Ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills.Experience with multidisciplinary team leadership and vendor management.Mandatory Skills:Experience with large IT or data projects.Experience working with multiple organizations or partners.Knowledge of data platforms and data governance.Experience with AI, privacy rules (AVG/GDPR), and compliance.Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.Experience with public tender processes.Fluent in Dutch.
