Together, we are setting new standards in beauty with innovative, high-performance products.What You’ll Do:As an Digital Sales & CRM Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing our Online Platforms (Amazon, bol.com and others) focusing on two main markets (US and EU). Together with third party platform management you will support the team in developing a coherent and effective CRM communications strategy across all customer touchpoints. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to deepen their understanding of e-commerce, CRM Marketing (ie. emails communications), and digital advertising.Key Responsibilities:Marketplaces/Platforms – Amazon.com and bol.comSupport in daily operations of the Amazon Seller Central and bol.com accountsAnalyze sales performance and identify optimization opportunities on pricing and listingsCoordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure product availabilityPerform competitor research and benchmarking across product categoriesAssist in creating, updating, and optimizing product listings (images, copy, SEO, backend keywords) with the support of external tool such as Helium 10Monitor customer and seller reviewsSupport the reporting of financial performances on a regular basisAdvertising & Business DevelopmentAssist in planning and launching Amazon Advertising campaigns in both the US and EU marketsAnalyze ad performance, suggest optimizations, and report on ROI metricsResearch growth opportunities via promotions or Amazon initiatives (e.g., Vine, Deals)Support business reporting and KPI tracking for all campaignsCRM Marketing & Emails CommunicationSupport the activities of customer database management (data quality, consent management, audience segmentation, clustering and analysis)Support the orchestration of the commercial communication calendar for direct email marketing, along with its executionSupport the creation of ad hoc reports on customer performances and engagementWho You Are:Creative & Ambitious: You bring fresh ideas and are excited to learn and grow.Fluent in English: Strong communication skills are essential in our global business.Proactive & Resourceful: You take initiative and are ready to make things happen.Entrepreneurial Spirit: You’re self-motivated, eager for challenges, and ready to make an impact.Accurate & Organized: You manage your tasks with precision and independence.A Team Player: You enjoy working in a fast-growing, young, and fun environment where teamwork is key.Internship Details:Duration: 5-6 monthsHours per week: 40 hoursStart date: January 2026Location: Eindhoven-Airport, The NetherlandsWhy Join Us?This is your chance to gain invaluable experience in the international beauty market while working with two exciting and innovative brands.
