We’re Hiring: Digital Self-Service Channels Product ManagerLocation: Baghdad, IraqOrganization: National Bank of IraqThe National Bank of Iraq is seeking a Digital Self-Service Channels Product Manager to drive innovation and deliver exceptional customer experiences through cutting-edge digital channels.About the RoleAs a Digital Product Owner, you will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of self-service digital channels, managing the full product lifecycle from strategy and design to execution and optimization. You will spearhead initiatives that integrate emerging technologies like AI, automation, data analytics, and cloud computing into our digital ecosystem.Your scope will include:Corporate & Retail Online/Mobile Banking PlatformsInteractive Chat Agents & AI ChatbotsSelf-Service Machines (ATM/KIOSK/ITM)Robotic Process AutomationThis role demands strategic thinking, leadership, and technical expertise to ensure our digital products deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting business objectives and regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Define and execute the roadmap for digital self-service channels aligned with organizational goals.Product Development: Drive innovation in digital products and services, ensuring user-centric design and seamless integration with core banking systems.Technology Adoption: Champion emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and customer engagement.Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, analyze product performance, and implement continuous improvements.Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and internal governance standards.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor digital product specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related field.Experience: 8–10 years in banking, financial services, consultancy, or technology, with proven expertise in digital transformation, product management, and agile methodologies.Strong knowledge of digital banking, fintech, process automation, and emerging technologies.Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
