Job Description

The Digital Senior Manager will lead the operation of Phu Thai CAT’s Management Information Systems (MIS) and Digital initiatives. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is responsible for driving the company’s digital transformation, ensuring that all digital and IT strategies are aligned with business objectives, and delivering measurable value. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in proposing, implementing, and influencing the adoption of digital projects across diverse business functions.1. MIS & IT Operations Leadership- Oversee the daily operation and strategic development of MIS and IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and business continuity.- Manage cloud infrastructure, hardware lifecycle, and data governance to maximize operational readiness and efficiency.- Ensure robust data management practices, including storage, backup, and compliance.2. Digital Strategy & Implementation- Develop and execute digital transformation strategies in alignment with business goals.- Propose, lead, and implement digital initiatives, including ERP, e-commerce, mobile, and web platforms.- Drive adoption of digital solutions by influencing and collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization.3. Enterprise Applications & Support- Oversee the support, enhancement, and integration of enterprise systems (e.g., DBS, U4 Financial, WMS, E-Office, Salesforce).- Ensure continuous improvement and user satisfaction for all business applications.4. Data, Analytics & Innovation- Lead business intelligence and data analytics initiatives to support data-driven decision-making.- Champion the use of AI and advanced analytics, chairing or participating in relevant committees.- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.5. People & Change Management- Build and lead a high-performing digital and MIS team.- Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.- Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of accountability and innovationREQUIREMENTS- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.- Minimum 5 years in senior digital/IT leadership roles, ideally in a complex or multinational environment.- Demonstrated experience in leading digital transformation, cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, and ERP implementation.- Proven ability to influence and drive digital adoption across multiple business units.Skills & Competencies- Visionary leadership with strong strategic planning and execution skills.- Deep technical expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud, enterprise systems, and digital product development.- Excellent project and change management capabilities.- Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.- Creative problem-solving and a proactive approach to business challenges.- Strong team leadership and talent development abilities.
