Digital Solutions Lead

OverviewThe Digital Solutions Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining digital applications that enhance internal operations and client experiences. This role combines hands-on app development and systems integration with leadership in implementing best practices for agile delivery and automation.Key Responsibilities• Lead the development and maintenance of digital applications using modern web development frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js) while leveraging low-code platforms like Lovable and Supabase to accelerate delivery.• Design and implement scalable application architectures using both traditional full-stack frameworks and low-code/no-code tools for rapid prototyping and deployment.• Manage small-scale DevOps processes (CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployments).• Collaborate with IT for cloud and security integration and with the data team for data-driven features.• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and prototypes.• Promote a user-centered design approach to ensure simplicity and usability.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.• 2–3 years of experience in application development, integration, or digital automation.• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, APIs, and low-code development tools (Lovable, Cursor, Replit, Supabase, Firebase, etc.).• Understanding of DevOps concepts and cloud hosting (Docker, Cloud Run, or equivalent).• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.Preferred Skills• Experience working on enterprise applications, internal tools, or SaaS platforms.• Basic knowledge of data integration, analytics, or AI-driven applications.• Exposure to UI/UX design principles and responsive front-end frameworks.
