Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Citizen Developers Program (CDP)Assists in the implementation of the Citizen Developers Program (CDP), including planning, participant onboarding, mentoring support, and tracking of progress.Develops training materials and delivers sessions focused on low-code developments.Provides ongoing coaching and technical support to CDP participants throughout the application development lifecycle.Application and Workflow DevelopmentDesigns and develops in-house digital applications and workflow automations using low-code or required tech stacks based on user requirements.Applies principles of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)—including requirement gathering, prototyping, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and maintenance.Ensures applications meet usability, performance, and security standards.Systems IntegrationFacilitates and supports integration requirements of platforms such as low-code and erp into enterprise processes and digital projects.Works with internal and external technical teams to execute and troubleshoot integrations based on project and system requirements.Project ManagementProvides project management support for DSD initiatives, including planning, timeline tracking, stakeholder coordination, and documentation.Prepares and maintains project status reports, risk registers, and workplans to ensure timely delivery of outputs.Cloud-Based Application ManagementAdministers various SaaS business application systemsSupports the deployment and maintenance of applications hosted in cloud environments, particularly in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Cloud Run and Virtual Private Cloud (VPC).Collaborates with the DM team to manage configurations, monitor performance, and address issues related to cloud-deployed solutions.Ensures cloud deployments follow enterprise security and scalability standards.System Support and MaintenanceProvides technical and functional support for the Low-code, No-code-based applications and other digital tools managed by the department.Monitors system performance, handles issue resolution, and coordinates system updates or enhancements as neededMaintains documentation for troubleshooting, configuration, and change logs.Training and EnablementDevelops and delivers user training materials, including manuals, quick guides, and video walkthroughs.Conducts system onboarding and digital literacy sessions for business users, champions, and CDP participants.Budget and Operational SupportAssists in budget tracking, procurement coordination, and documentation of financial requirements for DSD projects.Supports operational planning and resource management for digital initiatives.Cross-Functional CoordinationCollaborates with business units, OCIO teams, and external partners to align solutions with organizational needs.Acts as a digital enabler across units by ensuring tools and applications are properly deployed, supported, and sustained.Other Related TasksAssist in the implementation of Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, and Asset) and compliance to regulatory requirements.Participate in the different programs of the organization,Performs other related duties that may be assigned by immediate superior.Requirements:Skills:Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and subject matter expertsAssertive, methodical and analytical with good listening skills and a strong customer focusDemonstrates commitment through action and is able to build and develop trustAdept in critical thinking with a good understanding of business process, technology, systems and toolsRequired Experience:Experience in digital solution development, particularly using low-code platforms or business process automation tools.Exposure to the software development life cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Involvement in system integration projects, preferably across enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, cloud-based systems).Hands-on support for cloud-based applications, including familiarity with cloud environments and basic deployment principles.Project coordination experience, supporting cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation.Experience in user training and enablement, including creation of manuals, training guides, and facilitation of sessions.Exposure to budget tracking or procurement processes, supporting digital or IT-related initiatives.Experience working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors in a project or operations setting.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or quantitative field, or equivalent work experience
