Job Title Performance SpecialistReporting toManagerBased in OMD MalaysiaScope of the roleThe role sits within one of OMD’s most valuable account teams servicing one of the most iconic global brands. The team is highly passionate in providing creative & innovative solutions to the client, while having flawless operations delivery. As a Performance Specialist, you will handle all biddable media platforms for a set of client portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring end to end campaign management and implementation.The role requires you to:Analyse, track and optimize on an ongoing basis effective benchmarks for measuring the campaigns performance including keyword/placement bids, account daily/monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, CTR, conversion rate and other important metrics and proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.Communicate with internal stake holders on project development, timelines, and results. Work closely with the other team members to meet goals.Monitor and administer analytics dashboards and key reporting MIS tools and regularly make recommendations for improving the data available.Stay ahead of the competition by constant analysing, keeping up with changing digital landscape and tech updatesConduct quality-check on the campaigns in perspective of set up, optimization and reportingEnsure that all billing/invoices are as per set timeline and are accuratePreferred Skills or Attributes:Digital planning and activation experienceHas in-depth understanding and experience of search, social and programmaticAttention to detail is a must; accuracy in work is the top KPIAble to multitask and manage expectations of multiple stakeholdersWillingness to learnGood presentation skills
