The brand celebrates confidence and individuality — blending art, culture, and craftsmanship into every collection and campaign.Role Purpose:To train and support young creatives in content creation, social media management, and brand storytelling, while assisting the Brand & Digital Storytelling Lead.Key Responsibilities:Assist with content production (photography, short videos, graphics, copywriting).Support in managing social media accounts (posting, engaging with followers).Help develop storyboards and creative concepts for campaigns.Conduct trend research and competitor analysis.Provide logistical support during photo/video shoots.Track and report on basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions).Candidate Profile:University/Polytechnic students or fresh graduates (media, communications, design, or related fields).Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).Skills in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar) an advantage.Passion for digital storytelling, fashion, and creativity.Energetic, trend-aware, eager to learn.Duration:6 months (with potential transition to Junior Digital Content Creator).Work Hours2 days in-office (Tuesdays and Fridays)3 days remote (Monday, Wednesday, Fridays)Hours: 9:00am to 6:00 pmCompensation & Perks:Data/communication allowance ₦8,000/month.Mentorship from the Brand & Digital Storytelling Lead.Portfolio development: interns get credited for their work in select campaigns.Certificate of completion & career growth opportunities.Skills & CompetenciesHighly creative and resourceful, with a strong sense of storytelling and trend awareness.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects.Passionate about fashion, lifestyle, and digital culture.
