Together, we are shaping the future of business.The Digital Unified Support Seller is part of Microsoft’s SME&C (Small, Medium Enterprises & Channel) or Digital Sales organization, focused on driving Unified Support and Enhanced Solution sales. The role is designed to help customers maximize the value of their Microsoft investments by providing best-in-class support offerings and ensuring they are supported throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesLead new business targeting across assigned territory.Drive upsell and cross-sell engines in collaboration with Digital Sales Units and SME&C teams.Close Unified Enterprise and Enhanced Solution opportunities, ensuring customer success and operational health.Engage in consultative selling to understand customer needs and map Unified Support to desired outcomes.Collaborate with internal teams (Account Teams, Customer Success, Solution Specialists) to deliver a “One Microsoft” experience.Maintain pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and execute disciplined sales processes.Enable customer outcomes and consumption by integrating support with broader Microsoft solutions.QualificationsProven sales success in technology or services solutions.Experience in solution selling and managing complex deals.Strong business acumen and ability to articulate value propositions.Familiarity with Microsoft cloud technologies and support offerings.Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)Fluent in English & Swedish.#SMECCareersMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
