Job Description

Parenting Place is a non-profit organisation providing trusted parent education in Aotearoa New Zealand. We offer parenting courses delivered through nationwide partners, 1:1 parent coaching, parenting talks in schools and to corporate groups; and an online learning hub at parentingplace.nz with online courses, free resources and a growing library of content across our podcast, social media and other digital channels.   Who we are looking for:As Digital Systems Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Digital Manager across Parenting Place’s technical systems for the successful delivery of our current and expanding range of online parent education content.   You’ll be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimising integrations and process workflows across a multi-platform environment, including  Salesforce (CRM) Payload/Craft (CMS) Thinkific (LMS) Intermediary tools like Zapier, form management, booking and scheduling tools  This role is pivotal in supporting the translation of business objectives into technical execution through close collaboration with internal teams and external technical specialists.   Key responsibilities: Configure and maintain integrations, performance and data integrity across platforms like Salesforce, Payload/Craft, Thinkific, and Zapier Monitor system health and troubleshooting issues, and identify proactive improvement opportunities to ensure smooth operations Process requests and issues from internal teams and liaise with external technical partners to support digital operations across CRM, CMS, forms and marketing automation Document workflow logic, processes, and technical configurations for clarity and consistency Assist with IT issues, device troubleshooting and liaising with the IT agency where required Business as usual activities, including managing system alerts, backups, task management, scheduled reporting, batch setups and other activities in the digital space  You will be solutions-focused, with a strong aptitude for process and best-practice, most importantly the facilitation of successful online customer journeys as supported by our digital systems. Bring your passion for technology, eye for detail and keen project management skills to a purpose-driven environment, to inspire and support families in Aotearoa New Zealand.  Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms - Salesforce, Payload, Zapier, Thinkific, CMS – or similar  Strong understanding of API-based integrations, workflow automation tools and content delivery mechanisms  Proficient with Microsoft & Google Environments, CRM data structures and layouts, SaaS tools Familiarity with Website scripts Google analytics tracking Marketing automation  Other Skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, translating business needs Familiarity with assurance practices including testing, monitoring, and compliance within integrated environments Project and task management skills – task organisation, assignment and deadline management Dealing with technical troubleshooting and escalation Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to system maintenance and optimisation Experience in complex technical environments and comfort working in a fast-paced, fractional or project-based capacity Good at multitasking, prioritising, escalating concerns Good written and verbal communication skills You are keen to learn new things and have an organised approach to work, seeking assistance when required  Why you will love this role?  Excellent flexibility with work hours/days and arrangements - we are Parenting Place so we understand the juggle! No two days are the same – you will enjoy the variety! Amazing colleagues who you will get to know well through this role, as well as an opportunity to learn great parenting from some amazing humans Birthday Leave – a day off on/around your birthday Great, supportive culture with a commitment to look after our team well  This is a permanent, part time appointment with a preferred start date of 5 January 2026.
