Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Digital Technology Lead Ethics & Legal Affairs to join our Digital Technology team, based in our HQ in Anderlecht, Belgium.About The RoleAs a Digital Technology Lead for Ethics & Legal Affairs, you will shape and deliver the digital transformation roadmap for UCB’s Corporate Legal department (Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Intellectual Property, and Corporate Secretariat). Acting as a strategic advisor and delivery leader, you’ll translate business needs into outcome-driven digital solutions. With global visibility and influence at senior levels, you will oversee the successful delivery, adoption, and lifecycle management of key initiatives, effectively building the Corporate Legal department of tomorrow.Who You’ll Work WithYou’ll collaborate with passionate colleagues across Digital Technology and Corporate Legal, from subject matter experts to senior executives. You’ll also interact with external consultants, though leaders and technology providers.What You’ll DoCo-shape the digital roadmap and serve as the lead technology advisorAlign initiatives to business needs while championing innovationLead complex digital transformation projects, managing scope, budget, timeline, and impactDrive external and internal partners to ensure timely project deliveryAct as a key escalation point for digital issues affecting the functionMonitor outcomes and ensure resilient operations Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of digital, consulting or relevant corporate experience. A background in Legal tech is a plus.Strong technical fluency in digital ecosystems and enterprise solutionsTrack record of project and change management in complex organizationsFluency in English; additional languages are advantageousAbility to thrive in a dynamic, global setting, forging trusted relationships from the senior executives to the project team.Exceptional analytical and communication skills with business insightCuriosity, resilience, and a forward-thinking mindset in a dynamic digital landscapeAre you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
