You’ll work closely with business leaders to explore new technologies, improve processes, and help teams adopt tools like Salesforce CRM, AI/GenAI, automation platforms, and data dashboards.Key Responsibilities:Help teams adopt tools like AI/GenAI, automation, Salesforce, ERP, data & analytics platforms.Assist in building a Digital CoE to share best practices and foster collaboration.Work with IT teams, business users, and vendors to deliver solutions.Support change management, training, and communication efforts.Stay informed on new technologies and trends in healthcare and IT.Required:Min 2-4 years of experience in IT, digital projects, or business transformation.Strong communication skills in Japanese and English.Experience working with digital tools like Salesforce, AI, automation, or analytics.Curious, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a digital leadership role.Preferred:Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Change Management.Experience with ERP or supply chain systems.Understanding compliance in digital environments.Exposure to building or supporting a Digital CoE.
