We’re just as interested in your mindset as your résumé.What will you do?As an Digital Transformation Manager, you are responsible for:Drive digital transformation programs from strategy through execution, aligning business objectives with technology, process, and people changes.Co-create and manage transformation roadmaps with clients, structuring work into tangible phases that deliver business impact at every step.Bridge the gap between business and IT — translating ambition into actionable initiatives.Excel at managing stakeholders across technical and business domains.Support leadership teams with organizational design, operating model shifts, team upskilling, and agile delivery structures.Prepare and lead steerco meetings to steer key decision taking and transparent progress projection.Steer portfolio and change governance processes, enabling the right balance of innovation, risk, and strategic alignment.Lead blended teams (internal & client-side) in a hands-on and servant leadership style — guiding rather than commanding.Our ideal candidate8+ years of experience in digital transformation, management consulting, or program leadership roles, ideally within complex or regulated environments.A strong track record leading cross-functional initiatives that blend strategy, tech, and operations.Experience in designing or implementing operating models and agile governance structures across business and IT.Familiarity with enterprise change tools: from roadmapping and value tracking to capability assessments, maturity models, or agile portfolio management.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, creating alignment without watering down the challenge.Skilled in surfacing resistance, managing ambiguity, and helping organizations move from intent to impact.A pragmatic mindset and people-first leadership style — combining empathy with decisiveness.Willingness to travel to client sites as required.What you can expectThe opportunity to carry out important projects in complete freedom and autonomy, expressing your talents.A unique remuneration and numerous benefits (such as a company car, laptop, insurance, etc.)An entrepreneurial and open company culture that focuses on the bigger picture by offering an unrivalled level of knowledge, customer focus and collegiality.A continuous feedback culture with a desire to keep growing and gaining trust.A unique group of colleagues and a partner/coach by your side, all there to help.Inspiring and fun events throughout the year.
