You’ll play a key part in maintaining and improving our website, ensuring content is accurate, pages are optimised for search, and the overall user experience continues to evolve. You’ll also manage the delivery of client email communications, ensuring every message looks great, functions well, and reaches the right audience. Working closely with Marketing, IT, and agency partners, you’ll help bring digital initiatives to life that align with business goals and deliver measurable impactWhat you'll do? Maintain and update Slater & Gordon’s website to ensure accuracy and relevanceBuild and optimise new web pages with correct tagging, linking and SEO best practiceSupport Digital Product Owner to delivery website development and content strategyReport on website performance and user behaviour, sharing insights with stakeholders.Assist with CRO programs to improve conversion and user experienceManage and deliver email communications to clients using platforms such as HubSpotCollaborate closely with Marketing, IT and external agencies to deliver digital improvementsWorking with internal stakeholders to maintain consistency of messaging and branding across all digital channels. What will you bring? You’ll have practical experience using a content management system and a strong understanding of SEO techniques. You enjoy analysing website data and using insights to make improvements. You’re confident managing email campaigns, technically capable with HTML and CSS, and can communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels. You take ownership of your work, balance creativity with technical know-how, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.What next?
