Job Description

Join one of the leading Swiss consultancies serving banks, insurers, and financial services firms with digitalisation, application development, testing, and software engineering across the full project lifecycle. You will be joining our team of 70+ individuals at our Zurich HQ to continuously help work on exciting and innovative projects for Swiss banks and insurance companies. The primary responsibilities would be: Partner with different departments to gather insights and translate them into clear business requirements. Map and refine business workflowsLeading interactive sessions and workshops, compile detailed documentation, and create solution blueprints (such as UML diagrams, use cases, and process models).

Act as a central point of communication between business teams, IT experts, and external software partners. Support testing activities by defining scenarios, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and delivering user training and post-implementation assistance. Provide strategic advice and operational support to various internal teams as needed. The basic requirements are as follows: 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer at a Swiss bankStrong experience with requirement management and process designingExcellent analytical and conceptual skillsFluent German and English language skillsPermanent employment basis, full-time hybrid working policy in Zurich.
