We’re Hiring: Data Center PMO ManagerWe are looking for an experienced Data Center PMO Manager to oversee the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of all projects . This leadership role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, while driving excellence in PMO processes and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Project Governance & Standards: Develop and enforce project management frameworks, templates, and compliance protocols. Project Planning & Scheduling: Define scopes, allocate resources, and integrate discipline schedules into a master program. Performance Monitoring & Risk Management: Track progress, mitigate risks, and resolve bottlenecks proactively. Reporting & Communication:
Deliver concise progress updates to leadership and foster stakeholder alignment. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor PMO staff to drive high performance. Contractor & Stakeholder Management: Manage subcontractors to ensure quality, timely, and budget-compliant delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred). PMP certification or equivalent highly desirable. 10+ years in project management, with 5+ years in a leadership role. Proven success in managing large-scale data center or infrastructure projects. Expertise in scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
