Senior Vice President – Regional OperationsAbout the RoleOur client, a leading real estate investment and management firm, is seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President of Regional Operations to oversee a large-scale multifamily portfolio across key U. S. markets. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing asset value, and executing the company’s strategic growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be a proven operator with extensive experience managing large portfolios, strong financial acumen, and a track record of leading high-performing teams while building strong relationships with ownership, investors, and key stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesDirect operations for a multi-state portfolio, ensuring optimal property performance and operational consistency. Lead, mentor, and develop senior regional leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Implement strategic initiatives to improve NOI, streamline processes, and elevate the resident experience. Partner with asset management and investment teams to align operational objectives with broader investment strategies. Monitor market conditions, portfolio performance, and competitor trends to guide decision-making. Collaborate with business development teams to evaluate and integrate new opportunities. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and operational standards.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of multifamily or mixed-use operational leadership, with at least 5 years in an executive role. Demonstrated success managing large, geographically diverse portfolios and delivering measurable performance improvements. Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
