About the Role:

You’ll serve as the face of the bank across Florida, leading market-specific strategies, developing high-value relationships, and owning credit policy across commercial lending operations. This role offers a clear progression path to Regional President of a $2. 5B+ institution. You’ll balance external business development and community-building with internal credit leadership, underwriting oversight, and portfolio performance accountability. Key Responsibilities:

Lead commercial lending and deposit growth across FloridaMaintain a strong personal production pipeline with consistent new originationRepresent the bank in civic and business communities; develop referral networksOversee credit underwriting, policy, risk, and asset quality across the bankEnsure adherence to regulatory, audit, and compliance standardsBuild and lead a mission-driven, high-performance teamHelp navigate the bank through M&A and scaling phasesIdeal Candidate Will Have:
