This role offers a unique runway to the CFO position, supporting enterprise-wide financial management while building scalable systems, processes, and teams. The successful candidate will bring strong accounting, reporting, and FP&A experience in complex real estate environments and have the ability to lead across both strategic and operational dimensions.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day financial operations across multiple business verticals, including lending, development, and property operationsOwn consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across the enterpriseStrengthen internal controls, accounting accuracy, and system integrationCollaborate closely with the CFO and executive team to drive financial discipline and strategic planningOversee team development and succession planning within the finance functionSupport capital deployment decisions, investor reporting, and audit readinessCandidate ProfileAround 15 years of finance and accounting leadership, with experience across real estate, lending, or construction preferredCPA or equivalent credential strongly preferred; MBA a plusProven ability to scale financial operations across multiple entities or business unitsDeep experience in FP&A, GAAP accounting, and reporting frameworksStrong leadership, communication, and cross-functional partnership capabilitiesAmbitious, execution-focused, and aligned with long-term leadership growthCompensation:
$300,000 base + up to 100% performance bonus & full suite of corporate benefits.
